The rooms are luxurious and well cleaned. the location is stunning. - the staff in the buffet is really good. - Close to nightlife, casino, Riviera and Los Corales restaurants, and the amazing beach.

The setting is amazing and beautiful. Bars and casinos are close to the hotel. Reasonably large room with a mini bar, a chair, and a couch. Lovely view of the ocean from the room. The pool area is nice.

Bad room service, service buttons that are at the bad entrance, many people for so little staff, did not have capacity for attention. we took the New Year's dinner and show, the super rich dinner show fome, bored without further comments.

I recommend reviewing the admission of GAY couples. . . That would give better RAYTIN before the competitors of the hotel sector and would mark a PLUS that we would accept of very good pleasure the families with minor children.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean and well-maintained areas throughout the resort. The staff went above and beyond, checking in with us daily to ensure everything was going well. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Additionally, the hotel was situated in a quiet area, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
